Kingdom of Faith World Outreach Ministries, where the ultimate goal of the ministry deems to assist people, both Christians and non-Christians alike, toward recognizing the true purpose that God has intended for each and every one of our lives.
Encouraging the sharing of innovative ideas and viewpoints about issues that deem important to the ministry's members, cultivated by mature Christian leadership and guidance produces the forefront of Kingdom of Faith Ministry. The ministry focuses on rightly dividing God's Word of Truth without any contributing subjective opinions.
Therefore, Kingdom of Faith World Outreach Ministry deems set forth to demonstrate how to become effective Christians, while enjoying teachings of God's Divine Word and having fun; however, remaining Holy.
OUR HISTORY
The BIG 8 to THE KINGDOM OF FAITH
WORLD OUTREACH MINISTRIES, INC.
Prior to the year of 2003, the current location on Top Hat Street was used as an outreach ministry for men to be able to congregate and fellowship with other men of faith. The gatherings usually came together around the midday hour for at least an hour or in some cases however long it took for the Spirit of God to intercede. Mainly, the men gathered to commune with other men, give their testimonies, to pray with other men seeking resolutions to their problems and to share and talk uninhibited about things pertinent to men or just to be in the presence of GOD for a brief time during a hectic day.
When the outreach ministry began to fade away, the BIG 8 (New Beginning) Ministry, was born on September 30, 2003, Minister Jeff Polk as the overseer. During the ministry many people from different churches gathered for bible study on Sundays from 8AM until 9:30 AM and Tuesdays from 7PM until 8:30PM. Minister Polk, after conducting Bible study on Sunday mornings would, like everyone else, depart to various churches for their 11AM services.
As the Spirit directed, the current Pastor founded on December 22, 2005, the KINGDOM OF FAITH MINISTRY. In the following years as the church began to reach out, a name change was imminent. After six years, on August 2, 2011, the KINGDOM OF FAITH WORLD OUTREACH MINISTRIES, INC. (KOFWOM) was born.
The services are Sundays, 9AM until 10:30 AM (unless changed by the HOLY GHOST), Bible study is Tuesdays, 7PM until 8:30PM. The unique thing about Bible study at the KOFWOM is that the parishioners are given copies of the Pastor’s teaching package to study for Tuesday Bible study.
